Shipping Policy

We ship from Shenzhen, China. We ship our products worldwide!

*Free Shipping for all orders. For some certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.

*Oversized items may result in additional shipping costs. This is dependent on your shipping location and you will be notified after purchase. Contact us ahead of time if you want full shipping costs.

In-Stock Items – In-Stock items will be marked as “IN STOCK”. Items marked otherwise are not in stock and/or are in production which will take longer to ship out.

Order Packing Time – Most in stock items will ship out within two business days but can take up to three business days for an order to ship out. Please plan accordingly. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate.

Pre-Order/Backorder Items – Pre-Order or Backorder items are expected to arrive on their scheduled ETA date (Estimated Time of Arrival). While we do our best for this timeline to be accurate there can be delays from our shipping companies which we have no control over. We do our best to plan accordingly and notify our customers of an accurate ETA date.

Shipping Companies – We typically ship with China EMS,SFexpress,DHL,FedEx. For some accessories, we will simply ship it free worldwide to all countries via post office service.

Tracking Numbers – A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

For China EMS Shipments – USPS Tracking Number.

For SFexpress Shipments – UPS Tracking Number.

Shipping Times – Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option. The day the item is shipped does not count as a shipping date.

China EMS– 7-20 business days after tracking showed up.

SFexpress – 7-12 business days after tracking showed up.

DHL, Fedex– 7-10 business days after tracking showed up. 

For other post office service,such as China EUB(also called epacket), it will take around 7-30 business days after tracking showed up.

Change of Shipping Address – Customer is held liable for the confirmation of a change for their original shipping address. Change of address has to be confirmed on the system. If the shipping address did not change and is shipped to a previous address, customer will need to retrieve the package. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

Incorrect Shipping Address – NimbusMotor is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. All the shipments are unable to change or make modifications to the shipping address when in route. Customer is held liable for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

Customs and import tax/duties – Statistically, well less than 1% of all orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers’ home countries. But if a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer’s country, customers have to cover for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. Although the chance of packages assessed by the customs is small, NimbusMotor encourages customers to check with their local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, prior to placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. NimbusMotor is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in customers’ countries.

Tips for shipping

A) NimbusMotor is doing the best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, please remember to enjoy the day even there’s a difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
